To install 2 new gully bottle traps (110mm) and link into existing drainage which I believe is clay pipe. One trap is for the kitchen waste water and when installed is approx 1m from the existing pipe and would require an equal junction adding in. The other gully trap is for a cloakroom sink and would link in to either the clay pipe or into the existing manhole; distance run is only approx 30cm. The existing top service is grey victorian rectangular tiles which once taken up would need to be kept to one side for relaying after works have been completed though I would relay these myself.
Excellent service. Very reliable and accommodating, highly recommended.

Punctual and carried out the job in a professional manner. They cleared the drains on our property, but unfortunately the problem lay with United Utilities and the main drain in the street. The price was fixed and seemed very reasonable. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Ok, I give up, I can’t work out where my drains go and one of them is blocked. Jetting and rodding does not do anything, but I can get the full length of the rod in, so I expect the rod may just be wrapping it’s self in a circle in a hidden manhole. A professional van based hi-powered jet did not solve the problem. So I am looking some someone that is an ace with the drainage CCTV system and also has a drain tracing system so any discovered junctions and missing manholes can be marked on the ground. This is not an emergency as the drain just takes a down pipe and the washing machine. I rather not use one of the “Dyno-Rod” of this world. I am locking for a full sketch plan of all my drains as well as understanding what the blockage is, the drains are from the 1930s, in glazed clay pipes.
They effectively trace where all my drains are and clearly explained how I could sort out the issues as well as proving a detailed report on the state of the drains. I would use them again if I had the same requirements.

Terraced house, main sewer running through alley between rows of houses. External soil stack passes through single-storey kitchen roof, through room into ground and out to sewer. Water is leaking from external stackand running down kitchen roof. Ultrasound has shown that there is a blockage in the soil pipe to the sewer (under kitchen floor). The water backs up the soil stack and leaks through joint in stack. Excavation is required to reach the soil pipe to remove the blockage.
