The house in question Victorian Semi (1860) sellers/attic.
The toilet in the seller was done away with many years ago, am now trying to
make work again (as long as it is not to expensive). The pipe was disconnected
from the main sewer, dont know why.
Have dug down to main pipe , what would it cost to connect a new pipe to sewer pipe from the cellar.?

Require a cctv of drains as recommended by surveyor for house purchase. Required asap

"No dig" pipe rehabilitation, 40 -1m of relining. External drain near front door of block of flats which has been affected by tree root damage. We have had cctv camera footage taken and quote but have been asked to obtain comparable quotes
very good service. Was competent and professional at all times. Carried out the work required to a high standard. Excellent communication.

30's semi timperley. suspended floor. foot void under floorbrds. concrete subfloor 1 ft below floorbrds. in bay window area in front room concrete has been broken through where lead water supplty pipe goes down & out. approx 6" roughly round hole. this holds water to level of top of hole and during heavy rain subfloor in bay area floods to level of few inches. water drains again over couple of days. need diagnosis & work carrying out to remedy please.
