Under £100
We've got a smelly downstairs toilet. It doesn't smell all of the time. The cistern is clean, the u-bend in the washbasin is also clean and the toilet bowl doesn't smell. It has been a spasmodic problem for a few months now.
Bit pricey but did a good job to get rid of a very smelly problem!

Water in cellar due torising water table. Depth of 1 - 2cms, mainly in 2 corners seepin to centre. Victorian house, old coal chute at front with access to outside drain. Electric supply (lights) in cellar
Speedy, efficient service. Good value, good work, good follow up service. Would recommend to others.

unsure which description as either a drain specialist or plumber - feedback would be appreciated. i had the water board out to check that the main tap outside was not faulty - our water pressure has suddenly dropped where we can't use our water upstairs or shower, downstairs it comes fast (build up) then drops after a minute to a trickle. when the water board turned the water off at the main outside, it was fine, they turned it on and the pressure went. its on our property and they charged hugely by the hour, i am hoping to get specialist people in to maybe flush the pipes? unsure of the solution would love some feedback. thanks claire marshall

We have an infestation of rats in our loft, we have had pest control specialists in but they can only put poison & traps down. We have done everything to make sure the outside of our house is secure. We are now 99% sure they are coming up from underground drains/sewers through the cavity Walls and need this investigating asap.
