We are looking for someone to help with a wee job on our renovation. We have dug down and located the drain and need the below:
160mm c lay pipe needs a junction put in it with inspection access, bringing drainage into house a few metres to form bottom of soil stack.

old brick built septic tank is leaking and the soak away/ground next to the tank is saturated. The tank supplies 3 properties, a 2 bed and 2, 4 bed properties. There is a ditch running at the bottom of the garden less than 10 meters from the tank. The liquid coming from the tank is running into this ditch and the neighbour on the other side of ditch is starting to become unhappy with this. When we moved in a year ago we were told that this saturated ground and run off was from field drains! we don't think this is the case. We are renovating our cottage and dont want to take on any more DIY so need a company to advise, supply, install or repair the tank and soak away.
