Under £250
Stairwell suffered sewage leak and requires clearing and sanitisation. Also lifting out some items that are stored down there.
Martin was very good. On time and worked very hard to complete the job and resolve our problem. Would recommend him and would use him again. Thanks Martin!

Defected area needs to be cut out and replace with pcv (glued/welded) bit.
I can attach image/photo showing exactly where the damage is IF you can provide email address.
