Blocked drain between kitchen outflow and manhole. Tried rodding but 90 degree bends in pipe (and no manhole at bends) mean we can't clear the whole pipe. Would prefer work to be carried out on Friday 19th April after 2pm.
Good communication and price. Would recommend. Gave a 3 month guarantee on drain clearance work.

We are an agent so we are looking for reliable and reasonably priced tradesmen. This is one of our managed properties. The tenants have contacted us regarding the above issue. Apparently everytime they flush the toilet upstairs the sewage comes up the pipe in the shower so we assuming that the pipe is blocked. The property is in Barkingside, Ilford, Essex.
We were overall pleased with Heron Property Services Ltd, the quote was reasonable, competitive, responded very quickly and even worked on a sunday at no extra cost. We would definately use them again and would recommend them to other people and companies.

I'm not sure
Have recently had new single rear extension built, underneath there are sewerage and separate storm water drain systems, but recently foul smell has started to be noticed inside the house. Smell not there all the time. Need it investigating/resolving.

I have a lot of water gathering in my garden, it seems like it is flooding with all the heavy rain water. This does not seep down in the ground, on top of that the clay in the soil makes the water sit around for days. I don't know how get rid of this problem which comes every time it rains so heavy.
