The drainage behind my kitchen is very slow to drain, I suspect it needs powerful jetting, tried to clear it manually but the drainage pipes is curved.
Took time to explain all he had to do and why, he also gave me options to go with. Very good.

Original : Require an external drain to be unblocked. The sewer has been checked and it is clear. The blockage is between the house drain and the sewer.
Gave a competitive quote, understood the job required, customer service very good with a clear explanation of what had been done and the cause. Arrived on time and confirmed when the job was complete. Martin must keep the customer service standards up as this is what will separate him from all others who use ratedpeople. If I ran a drainage company this is the high level of customer service I would expect to provide to my customers! Thanks!

Description I had a bathroom extension completed on ground floor. The drainage pipework is done but needs to be completed as per council requirements that go into the main sewage box.
Excellent job done and got the building inspector permission for the drainage work. Finished the job in time and even came for follow up work when the picky inspector pointed out some issues. Only problem was that didn't give invoice for full payment even after many reminders, but that's a small issue overall. Highly recommended for drainage work.

My basement and neighbours basement are flooded with clear water. I'm getting Thames Water to investigate if it is a water leak in one of the pipes running under the properties or if it is the water table rising. I've read that to avoid this in the future, if it is the water table rising, is to install a sump pump. Can anyone advise how much this would be for (a) the sump pump and (b) the labour to install it?
