"Peter from Drain View turned up quickly and (apart from a delayed second visit) reliably. He also, helpfully, came back separately after the job was completed to show we what he had done, as I'd been out previously when he did the work. The work looks of good quality - of course the real test is in how long it will last, which I can't say at the moment. Peter has however told me that he'd be happy to come back and fix any further problems should any occur. Price was higher than I'd initially thought, but still cheaper than a second quote (180 vs 235 pounds) so I think probably represents good value."
