"At first we were impressed with his hardworking and flexible attitude and thought the price was reasonable. The pipes were changed but unfortunately there was not enough fall to the last manhole so there are now some water and waste retention in the last section of the drains leading to the last manhole. This water and waste retention is building up as it cannot "flow up" to the last manhole. He suggested to dig the last manhole deeper to resolve the retention problem and that would be a separate job and need to charge more for it. We declined as he was not confident that the problem can be solved 100%. Therefore, now we have a set of newly laid but choked up drainpipes. We are still looking for someone to offer a better and a more certain solution."
