This is the job description from my 1st quote....(I want to put in a downstairs toilet, but need the sewer work doing first). 1. Dig out and expose drains sufficient to set in change of direction chamber. 2. Cut in and fix chamber and run underground pipe ready to accept soil pipe. 3. Back fill and make good to concrete disturbed.
Prompt, efficient, friendly and I would definitely use this company again!

There is a blockage with our waste water which is causing the downstairs toilet to back up when the bath, sink or toilets are used. This has caused some flooding downstairs. It happened a few months ago and I rodded the pipe away from the house which seemed to clear it. However one of the rods snapped off and cannot be retrieved (although the first blockage we had was before that). It has happened once or twice since but putting the rods down has cleared it. However it no longer seems to work.
Brendan got out to us within the same day and turned up when he said. The final cost was actually less than quoted over the phone and the blocked drain has been cleared. Very good service and would definitely use again.

Updated : Repair urgent as toilet waste starting to block up may need something more but I am unsure so there may be more work needed to be done to fix properly once and for all. Urgent therefore that repairs done now. Original : Blocked sump cleaned by dynorod (blocked by toilet waste) but sump pump not working and taken away by a contractor who has now quoted for a new heavy duty submersible pump (PTS/Jung model US75ES code no 9407) and fitting but quote seems rather high. Domestic household with three toilets, 40 metres to edge of property with approx 6metre rise.

Install a new septic tank to replace existing storage pit (Made out of concrete). To dig out ground to install new septic tank, and then collapse the top of existing pit and drill holes in sides etc. this will then form the soak away for new septic tank. To infill all areas with earth and top soil to then leave as before. Thanks Mark
