There seems to be a blockage in the pipes leaving our toilet in the main bathroom. When you flush, the water can't escape fast enough, so whooses back up and almost reaches the rim of the bowl. It does drop back eventually but quite slowly. This also happens if you run the tap in the sink for any length of time as the water presumably runs away via the same pipework.
Colin came out on a Sunday and arrived when he said he would, charged us a fixed fee agreed in advace and got the job done quickly. He also left us some tips on avoiding the problem in future so I'd have no hesitation in recommending him. C Perry, TN15

downstairs toilet is blocked and the water is not going away
Excellent service will definately use again. After a long time (due to difficult toilet) it was cleared and we still only paid price we agreed. Will only use Rated People in future as you know you will get quotes from people you can trust.

I'm not sure
Two existing drain holes and grids etc. are in poor state above ground. Drainpipes below are sound. 1 @ 2ft. 6in. x 1ft 1in. and 1 @ 1ft x 1ft.
Excellent service. Prompt and friendly, listened to my requirements and provided solution to a high standard of quality and at a reasonable price. I would recommend them to anyone.

toilet drains very slowly, but cannot find manhole, possibly under house extension. Plumber says we need to put camera into sewer
Chris did a fantastic job clearing a particulaly difficult drain that others had given up on.
I will call on him again and would recomend him to anyone.
