We have a trap/drain in the garage that needs to be capped and the waste water pipes redirected to the stack. The stack needs replacing. We also need a gully drain placed across the garage door and it can feed into main drain in the driveway. We also have some block paving to be done on the drive way, a fence to be erected and a small wall to be reduced in size.

I'm not sure
I live in a maisonette and the drainage system away from the property is shared with my downstairs neigbour. For a couple of weeks, the water has just sat in the drain and is not going anywhere. Sticking a stick down into the drain, we can feel a lot of debris but don't know whereabouts the main problem is. Toilets and sinks etc in both our properties are flowing fine. Probably looking to have job done middle to end of next week as I'll need a chance to liaise with my neighbour etc.
