I have a small drain with a grille outside my kitchen door, into which runs the water from the kitchen sink, the washing machine and the dishwasher. This drain is comneected to the main house drain / sewer by an underground pipe- approx 4 foot long. This under ground pipe appears to be blocked, so the small drain has been overflowing. I have scooped out all the water from the smaill drain and put One Shot drain cleaner down it, but the outflow pipe remains blocked, It can be accessed with difficulty down the small drain and also - I presume via the main drain / sewer which has a cover that needs to be prised up. I have not done this on this occasion but it was successfully lifted about 18 months ago. I need someone to sort out this problem, ideally between 11am and 2pm on Monday 17th, (accurate time of arrival would be appreciated). Looking forward to getting some quotes. Jessie

I have a drain that serves both the kitchen sink and the washing machine. This is located in the kitchen. It is almost completely blocked and no chemical treatment has been able to solve the problem.
This is a very good service. The specialist arrived very promptly just a few hours after initial contact. He immediately knew what the problem was and it was sorted in around 45 minutes. A decent, professional tradesperson who I will gladly call on again.

The pest control person from Camden says that the reason why a rat came in to our house is that there is a need to clear our drain and cap it.
I was very pleased with the work done. The man was extremely helpful and efficient, and the job was done thoroughly and neatly. He even gave me a cd of the camera survey of my drains.

A section of plastic drainpipe (about 4m long) connects a vertical downpipe from a kitchen to a vertical soilpipe on the same external wall of the house. It is about 3m from the ground. The connecting pipe has been too near the horizontal and the supporting bracket has failed. Now the connecting pipe is blocked. The pipe needs to be replaced so that there is at least a 5 degree slope in the pipe and a secure bracket fitted.
Did a good job. Consulted at each step. Cleaned up. Pleasant and polite.

We require a drainage survey for a property we are in the process of buying. The survey is essentially to check the drains are in good condition and that there are no problems prior to purchase. I imagine a CCTV survey will be required, plus the drains may possibly need jetting beforehand in order to make the survey effective. Please send me a quote for the job. The property is a small 3 bedroom house with a drain run of approx 5 - 6 metres. There is one manhole inside the property to the rear and one outside at the front of the property so the drains are easily accessible.
