I think it is important to point out that he does not have jetting or camera equipment therefore if it is a complex issue he may not be able to resolve the problem himself, and you could then have to call on further tradesmen, thereby increasing the overall cost of getting the problem resolved.

I have recently had a plumber come over to my house who says that the soil sack could potentially be blocked so we therefore need it seen to and unblocked.
Martin was extremely efficient. I rang him in the afternoon and by 8pm that evening he had resolved the issue, fixed the drain blockage and offered advice on improvements. I personally never got to meet him but from communicating to him over the phone he was great to deal with, very friendly, professional and got the job done. Would definitely use again

My rain water (not foul water) drainpipe from my house, leading away from the gutter downpipe, has been blocked by earth piled into it by a previous owner or builder. I cannot unblock it (despite trying hard and removing some soil) and it needs to be rebuilt anyway to restore a proper gully which has previously been destroyed.
The job was done quickly and effectively after a competitive quote. No fuss, no mess. I now have a functioning rainwater drain. Thanks.

There seems to be a blockage on a drain outside. We've tried various chemicals to unblock. It is lower down the drain near the man hole so requires a pole to unblock. A very quick job - has happened before so I know what to do. it is a joint drain with upstairs, so we have no control over what is put down the drain....

Our drain outside then kitchen seems to be blocked. We've tried the usual over the counter products which seem to clear it for about a day and then its blocked again
