Blocked drain, on a driveway. Needs the guttering ( 14 inches by 14 inches) to be removed. Leaves and mud taken out. Drain flushed with water to clear.Off site parking avavilable. Attendance this Friday if possible. Payment will be by Company cheque, with gurantee or credit card.
Forgot to turn up at the appointed time, and we had to reschedule. Knew his stuff once he got there.

From external manhole, I have found that the drain is blocked (full to the top of the manhole). From previous experience, I know that the drain moves to the house to right hand side, but their manhole is clear, so block is between mine and theirs. Requires drainage rods to clear debris and get moving again.
Richard did an excellent job, arriving at the agreed time, and working efficiently to complete the job perfectly. It's great to have reliability at a very reasonable price. Highly recommmended.

I require a quote for the following drainage works to a period maisonette in SW18: Drainage chamber: - Drainage chamber in side-return of period property blocked by human waste debris. System cleansing to be undertaken plus testing to establish the cause of the system blockage. - Current drainage chamber cover/rim is rusted and ill-fitting and these items require appropriate cleaning, treatment and re-sealing once drainage works are completed. Drainage on side of property: - Older iron painted soil vent stack is likely to be of considerable age, now showing typical surface rusting, whilst no upper cage guard is fitted. Maintenance repairs and painting is merited, as well as the provision of protective upper pipe guard, although it may be more practical to arrange for due early replacement with plastic fitments, thus helping to prevent ongoing maintenance need. Open brickwork by upper waste merits sealing. - To carry out a full range of tests, including CCTV scanning, to all drainage pipework beneath and in the vicinity of the building, in order to ascertain whether or not any further investigations or remedial works should now be carried out. Please provide a quote for this work and provide timings as soon as possible. I have photos to illustrate locations and condition. We need the works carried out in the first week of May 2013. Thanks

In our back garden of our flat there are 2 drainage pipes which do not go straight into the ground. We do not believe there is a blockage but every now and then there is a foul smell. There is also a ventilation pipe coming out of the ground (smell maybe coming from here). I believe this plumbing is not correct and we will need work done
