downpipe from gutters at front of house is blocked. the volume of water has built up and is now over-flowing, to a small extent, into the front garden. it is stagnant and getting smelly.
trying to clear the blockage with a stick has not been successful.
i would like three quotes. one to clear the drain, another to clear the gutters at the front and back of the house, and a third for both jobs.
if i knew the budget i would not be asking for quotes - i have selected up to £100 as an somewhere to start. i do not expect this to be the final cost.

1) Replace existing cast iron down pipe from roof gutter to drain below.
2) Replace downpipe from bay window roof gutter to drain below
3) install suitable hopper and drain mesh / cover where pipes meet.
4) Possible re-direct a pipe to sewage tank instead of storm water drain
Pointing if required when down pipe is removed.

The toilet is blocked, needs to be unblocked asap - it is a recurring problem so also need advice on longer term solution. The pipes run from 1st floor down, outside the flat.
