I have a downpipe and hooper that needs looking at in SW1V 1RB 13.
Its overflowing and coming down the side of the building.
The pipe may need adapting to install a rodding eyelet.
The problem with this job is access to the hooper. Its on the 3rd floor of a building and the only way to reach it would be a cherry picker or rope access.
