my external pipe leading from the bathroom basin is leaking when the basin is used and flows onto my patio. the pipe looks like it is not sitting well in the link pipe and flows from the 2 pipes. there is no crack.

I have a drive way, at the bottom of it is a laid ceramic tile drainage channel. That the tiles on that channel are cracked and broken (I think two)and fallen into the drainage channel.Although the enter neighbourhood of house have the same channel my part has deteriorated, since its not council but owned by me I have to sort. Sounds like a big job but in reality it isnt if tackled now as its a weakness.

Excessive moss growth on part of gable end wall at ground level. I want cavity wall insulation but surveyor suggested I get drains checked. Yesterday I gave the affected area a wash and bush with jeyes fluid got rid of most of it. I still am concerned if there is a drain problem? Funds limited.
