its repair work in a terraced house. not a big job, probably requires clearing of drain pipe. drainage for upstairs washbasin and bathtub is blocked. the drain pipe running from washbasin and bathtub outlet is blocked hence it overflows and water spills out on the roof of conservatory which runs from top to garden.
knew what to fix and how, had required tools handy and finished the job in moments. however in the hindsight, i might have fixed it myself as it was very easy to do :)

Outside drain from kitchen is blocked. Drained water not going down. Have tried caustic soda; then emptied drain manually. Now have tried sulphuric acid (on plumbing supplied recommendation) and still nothing. Water wont drain away. Have lifted cover, and no obvious physical obstructions. Drain takes effluent from kitchen sink, dishwasher and washer/dryer.
Happy to recommend. Friendly service. Answered within an hour, and then turned up in under another hour. Speedily carried out work and explained what they were going to do, and what problem was. Will definitely use them again if more work needed.

I have a broken manhole cover, and urgently need to replace. The job will be to remove the old manhole cover frame and fit another one in it's place. I already have a brand new manhole cover & frame ready.
I received a very prompt response from Hampshire & Surrey Drains, even after advertising my job on a Sunday night. They gave me a very good quotation to replace my cracked manhole cover, and were able to start work the next day. I was very happy with the job, and they even cleaned the drain at the same time. I would definitely recommend them for any drainage issues.

Heya We have been having trouble when flushing the toilet. The water raises quite high, we have to double flush and it also comes up in the bath. We have had a look at the drain outside and there is definitely some kind of blockage. I would really appreciate a call back or some kind of quote on how much an unblockage would roughly be. Thank you

Great value, speedy attendance and when the job turned out bigger than we both expected he didn't stress me out at all, he just got on and finished the job even thought it took him muh longer than expected! Our sewage drain runs under our utility room and constantly gets blocked. We need to move it to run externally to the house
Hampshire & Surrey rerouted our bathroom and kitchen waste pipes from flowing under the utility room to being entirely external. They were very clean, quiet and considerate. The work was completed to a high standard and I wont hesitate to use them again

Thames Water has confirmed the blocakge is not in their pipes. The kitchen extension covers a manhole cover which we can't access. Our guess is this is damaged but we need CCTV to confirm this and its location.
David and Gary from Pasko are friendly, reliable and incredibly helpful. Gary was very thorough with his investigation and the rate charged was more then reasonable. I would definitely recommend Paskco Plumbing and Drainage.
