Job Current soakaway is old (victorian) and is no longer performing, it fills up in heavy rain.

Comment James, Was very professional from the start. He was quick to respond to the Rated People posting, prompt with both a site visit and in providing a quote. Once on site James was diligent and dedicated to completing the project on time and on budget (despite some very poor weather conditions). James worked to a very high standard. Once the project was complete he left the site, clean and tidy. It was really a pleasure to deal with him. Ben

Job The main drain outside the kitchen needs to be unblocked and all the guttering around the house (a 3-bed semi) needs to be cleaned out.

Comment Job done well although he arrived without tools (and used ours) as he was just supposed to be quoting. Very informative and helpful with advice about how to prevent the problem from reocurring. Price reasonable too. When we discovered a new problem the day after which was linked to the work done, he was back within 2 days to rectify and fix it. Now that's what you call service! S
