Drainage inspection for a 1-bedroom bungalow property, which is currently being purchased, is required.
Excellent work. Provided CCTV surveys and comprehensive report. Very professional and highly recommended

I've looked all over the grounds and although there is a manhole at the front of the property this is not the main drain. I seem to remember there was a manhole in the back garden so maybe earth and grass has covered it over time. Worse case scenario is the manhole is under the patio. I need to get this sorted out once and for all. Thanks!
Highly recommended. Chris and his builders managed to solve a major headache for me whilst everybody else in the plumbing service walked away from the problem. As for the work itself, everything was professionally completed and cleaned up afterwards. I definitely will be using Chris and his builders again for any future work.

I live in a ground floor flat (in a block of 3). The external small drain which feeds the main down pipe is blocked & over flowing. Rather than go to dino-rod etc who charge too much in my opinion I am trying this for the first time.

Unblock drainage for terraced house at UB8 2YH.

We have inspected the drain and rodded through - but there appears to be no blockage to clear. However, when flushing the toilet the water level rises and slowly drains off - it seems as though there is something blocking it - so I'm not sure if a tree root is interfering or what? The toilet is therefore not useable!

I have a block-paved driveway which has one drainage channel into a soakaway. During heavy rain this is not sufficient and need another channel (aprox. 6-8ft) created and connected to nearby existing drains (not the soakaway).
