The soakaway servicing washing machines for 2 properties does not drain efficiently causing water to flood. I had this drain cleared and it lasted only a week. The soakaway is located where now large fir trees have grown. I suspect this has something to do with the problem. I would like someone to come and inspect the situation. I think it probably needs a new relocated soakaway.
