I live in a terraced house .The two sewerage inspection holes in the garden both appear very high with solid matter -especially bad in the hole at the bottom of the garden-and I fear either/both will overflow soon.The levels were much lower in the summer.
I spoke with Richard on the phone and his clear and friendly understanding of the problem gave me the confidence to use his firm.He charged an hour but was not clock watching and I felt that I got an excellent service.Although he was a little later than agreed,he kept in contact and I never felt that I was hanging around.

This is a private housing estate with a mixture of communal gardens and private (leasehold) properties. In one area, adjacent to Homestead Park, water pools after heavy rain. There is no drain in this area to take the water away. Is it possible to instal a drain and would it work?
Made an appointment but nobody turned up. Rang to find out why and was told I would be rung back immediately. Not rung back and haven't heard from them since.
