The drain that takes rain water from the roof and driveway is constantly blocked, on closer inspection it appears that part of it has collapsed. Also. The soil pipe is of the old orginal type fitted to house when built and is of a unsightly appearance and we would like it replaced with the newer PVC type.
Work carried out quickly and efficiently. Asked for invoice but still awaiting same.

There is damp stains on the ceiling under the shower, sink and toilet. The damp is progressing down the outer wall and is becoming powderery.
Job was quoted and completed within 1 1/2 weeks. Did a great job, completed it in the allocated time frame and was clean and tidy. Also painted my hall, stairs and landing, cleared out my drains, fixed a leaky toilet, and put some pictures up for me. Handy person to know if you've got a few things needing done round your house.
