Budget Under £1,000

Job I need a new drain system put in from my downstairs bathroom to the main sewage pipe. I have been told that the excisting pipe from my bathroom is not the correct size. The water flow is not fast as the fall is not very steep at all, plus all the sewage keeps blocking up at my manhole cover.
