Blocked kitchen drain under kitchen window. Water overflowing when washing machine is on and standing water

The outside drain where all our water goes (sinks, washing machine etc) is blocked and water is overflowing down our garden. We have tried a chemical drain unblocker but no luck with it

Dig out and replace cracked clay pipe on soil pipe.I had a dig round when i noticed a little water at the bottom of soil pipe and found the cracked pipe .It is leeking just below the surfice but would need digging out. It is attached to a plastic down pipe.
What i liked about PRO-JETT was that they did just what they said they would. I was contacted by phone just after posting the job on Rated People.Com and a call to give a quote for a damaged drain was arranged. What i liked was the quote was given after the drain was inspected by a drain camera (cctv)which ment that an accurate quote could be given as the damage to the drain could be clearly seen. The job was done to a high standard and all mess was cleaned up, they even hosed down my drive. Recomended Yes

We have a blockage in our external sewerage pipe. I have examined the inspection chamber and it is approximately a quarter full. I have used drain rods and a solution (90% sulphuric acid) however there is still resting sewage in the chamber.
The connection from the toilet to the inspection chamber is fine as when you flush the toilet all the water flows through and after a few minutes the level in the chamber subsides.
Friendly, polite, quick and professional. Would hire again if needed.

for some reason our bathroom waste goes into the neighbours soil stack, they are having work done and want it removing and putting into our soil stack.
Even after being messed about pro-jett turned up on time and did a great job, and for a really good price. Would definitely recommend, i'll make sure I keep hs details if I need a plummer in future.

To sweep the guttering at the front and rear of the house, and to repair any holes. The tradesman doesn't have to clear away any rubbish and we can arrange access at any reasonable time to suit the tradesman.

My external waste pipe from the upstairs toilet is damaged. It is on the joint part from the side pipe to the main down pipe, this appears to be a seperate section which can be removed and replaced.

The front facia board and gutter came down under weight of snow, and the rear one is hanging off. I have been quoted for completely new facia boards and gutters front and back but was hoping that the gutters can just be put back up rather than replaced.
