Kitchen drain blocked, already used chemicals no joy. tried rods but drain is on an angle to main. Still blocked, but all other drains into main running freely. Inspection cover about 2 or 3 metres from drain easy access.

It is believed that there is a break in the underground sewer under the house. a cctv inspection of the pipe should locate it. It is thought to be at the site of an 'dormant' manhole situated under the conservatory. It might be possible to locate and repair by inserting a sleeve in the pipe, without excavating the floor of the conservatory.
As the job progressed unforeseen difficulties emerged but Advanced Drainage worked brilliantly to solve them and devoted so much time and returned on several days to ensure the job was completed and everything was finished to our satistfaction. Excellent work on the patch repair and clean-up.

Require drains to be checked for damage as we have a damp patch that appears when not raining and I cannot localise cause.
