Job There is a puddle at the bottom of my dishwasher. It would be consistent with the drainage having become blocked towards the end of the cycle. I have cleaned all the detachable bits so I know that it is not caused by anything there.

Comment Extremely knowledgeable and did an very professional job. Had to make a second appointment because they phoned to confirm the first one which I thought was confirmed. I did not pick up my messages so they assumed that I did not want it. I therefore had to make a second appointment, which was kept. An unfortunate misunderstanding which spoilt an otherwise excellent and personable service. I would use again and recommend. Jeffrey
