Budget Under £100

Job The shower, toilet and sink are blocked in our bathroom and we know the pipes are all clear but it seems that the drains are blocked and needs to be cleared out. We need someone to unblocked the drains.

Job Please see below the findings and recommendations in a homebuyers report for the house we're buying. We would like an inspection undertaken to tell us if there are any problems which would require immediate attention and how much this would cost us. We're trying to ascertain whether we'll need to pay any large amounts so we can negotiate with the seller. Please also include a CCTV quote. "The property is almost certainly connected to foul main drainage via a cast-iron soil and vent pipe. There is an inspection chamber set into the concrete patio area. There is a buildup of debris in the chamber and I am unable to be certain as to the cause. The property is also thought to be connected to surface water main drainage. There are two inspection chambers, one to the front and one to the rear of the property. The rear inspection chamber has a significant amount of earth lying in the bottom which should be cleared. The lids and frames to the various inspection chambers are in need of replacement for safety reasons." Many thanks
