to build a new drain cutting through a concrete drive, going round the corner to a new location.
The two guys turned up spot on time and completed the work on time. I would have liked to be consulted when they changed the planned gravel/earth trench to concrete. Also I had a problem with the estate committee regarding concrete and sand trails left in the road. Otherwise good.

Miele dishwasher stopped in cycle showing warning light for 'inlet/drain'. We have taken out dishwasher, reset it and tried again with drainage pipe into a bowl and all works fine. Drainage pipe seems therefore to be blocked between the dishwasher and the outside drain. It has been like this for 2 months and I have had enough of washing up by hand - desperate to find someone to fix it but it seems to be too small a job for everyone I've tried.
Really nice to find such a proactive person who knew what he was talking about, arrived to do the job excatly on time as planned and went above and beyond the call of duty to fix the problem and a couple of other problems we didn't know we had! Great value for money too, many thanks!

I'm not sure
Need a new soil (stench) pipe for new upstairs bathroom. Will need a new inspection chamber positioned and connected to the original sewage pipes. Also some ground work required, taking up old concrete path/patio and slightly lowering ground level to stop bridging of DCP and air bricks.
Excellent job, very well finished and in good time, I will definitely be using Paul again for other work. Highly Recommended.

The tank would need to be circa 3800 litres - family of four adults.
