Updated : this is a shared commercial drive, we have had problems with the sewage drains which was due to the roots of fir trees stopping the flow, this could be the problem with the surface drain, but it could also be collapsed, i really dont know. Original : I think the drain that surface water soaks away is either blocked or collapsed.
Excellent service, would recommend to anyonevanessa
We looking at replacing a 27metre domestic sewage piping which was laid in 1935 with an up to date sewage piping directing it into the Severn Trent's main sewage pipes.
Updated : Have a cesspit system at present at back of house - want to move to septic tank with drainage pipes from our house direct to tank not going across their land (old set up) - should be more straight forward than current set up. Also want to know if possible to move to front of house... but no idea what the possibilities are, therefore need advice!! Original : Want to understand realistic options of repositioning drainage (Storm water, grey water and sewage waste) and upgrading to septic tank. We're a mid terrace cottage -some work would be on neighbour's land (end terrace and right of way access for us) our drainage is currently under their house...
Wem Brook, CV11
Outside drain at rear of property needs unblocking, cleaning and possibly made bigger. Also the downpipe from upstairs toilet is leaking and needs fixing/replacing.
Bishops Tachbrook, CV33
Our garden patio has collaped approximately 6inches in depth and is 1 metre in width. We are not sure whether this is related to poor storm water drainage / soakaways or possible old tree roots etc. The soil is partly clay and the property is on a slope. The dip is visibly getting worse with all the wet weather and previous snow fall.
