Modification of existing pipework for the drainage pipes for sink & dishwasher & rain pipe.
Currently the dishwasher and sink run into a single drain which is going to become a french door so i would think new bottle type drain for each into the nearest manhole. There is a manhole cover less than half a meter from each new drain. Then reconnect the rain pipe.
Quoted, came on the day stated and job gone. Left area tidier than when he arrived !
House is 10 years old and when builders put in inspection chamber it was not blanked off. Rats have been digging through the unblanked pipe and causing drain blockage. Need permanent blanking solution. Drains cleared and jetted yesterday 10th Dec.
Blocked drain from kitchen sink overflowing into garden
PIPE TO SOAK AWAY REQUIRES CLEANING OUT APPX 20M
To check drains and gullies are clear and to replace a main waste soil vent stack (plastic) coming down from the first floor (its not that high - its a cottage) - the pipe is leaking at joints. The pipe feeds directly into concrete drains. (photo on request) Timing: ASAP
Updated : I know that the budget I ticked was too low but I want trades people to tell ME how much the job costs and not for me to give them an over high budget to go up to!! Thanks
Iain Sands Original : We moved into a house with a Saniflow system.
We want a proper down pipe put in that goes into an outside drain that needs to be dug out.

Replace broken sewer pipe between house and existing inspection chamber/junction. Length is approximatey 1.5M and pipe runs from under foundations of garage to an existing inspection chamber/junction. Existing pipe (ceramic) is broken and subsequently blocked by tree roots. Pipe appears to be OK under garage floor and I believe there is a pipe joint approximately 1ft under edge of garage floor. The site is currently excavated for inspection.

Line a damaged drain with a tracture/ hole in it. This was discovered by undertaking a CCTV survey that disclosed a hole with jagged sides in it. The hole is 2 metres from rodding access in an otherwise sound drain. Not knowing likely costs the budget is a best estimate. A potential contractor is welcome to recce the site to assess the task.
I'm not sure
We are a courtyard of 4 houses surface water drains downhill to a single drain. This drain fails to cope with excess water causing it to pool. The drainage/fall needs to Be improved to prevent this pooling prior to Winter.
