8 lights to be replaced with transformers / low voltage using same holes (RO80 bulbs are the current lights). Consider implication of new insulation to be put in roof above afterwards by someone else
Very helpful and took time on initial visit for quotation. Then turned up, and completed as expected. Quality of work was good and cost reasonable for a small job.

ITEMS OF WORK - ELECTRICIAN The rewiring of all electrical wiring throughout the property. All works to be in accordance with the latest regulations. I will need to double sockets to be installed in each room. To complete all work which can only be certified by an electrician as outlined in the plans prepared by Mike Thursby Associates. All general building, plumbing and plastering work will be given to a main contractor, plumber and plasterer, respectively, on separate contracts. In the event that the main contractor and the electrician, plumber and/or plasterer are not sure who is responsible for an item of overlapping work, this item will be the responsibility of the main contractor. A copy of the items of work given to the main contractor, plumber and plasterer is available. In any event, the employer’s decision will be final. Test and certify upon completion --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Structural alterations and a loft conversion required to change the property from a 3 bedroom bungalow to a 4 bedroom house. The property was damaged by a burst water pipe so will be empty until the work is complete. Most of the strip out works have been completed already. I am looking for separate quotes from a loft converter, electrician, plumber and plasterer to keep the quotes competitive. However, if your company has more than one or all of the necessary skills please give me a quote for the whole project too. I only need the project completed up to the plastering stage as I will be doing all the decorating myself. All materials to be supplied by the contractor unless specified otherwise. I have posted the project as four different jobs all starting with "roudh" to make finding them easier.
