"I would definatly use RDS electrical again and will be recommending him to my friends. He was upfront about needing to stop the assessment if he came across anything that effected safety (which he didn't) but also made it clear that if that was the case I would not be expected to pay the quoted amount, it would only be a percentage. This was made clear before the job was even seen. He told me the sort of time it could take to assess all electrics/wiring in the house and how long I would need to be available. I had all facts upfront. He completed the job at short notice and during the assessment talked me through what he was doing. He was polite, friendly, turned up at the time agreed and got on with the job (no dilly dallying). He talked me through the report/certificate that would be supplied, he explained the new rules and the way the new circuit boards work etc. He did not demand money. He went away and provided the invoice with the safety certificate the day following the inspection. I have no hesitation in recommending him."
