Dave provided competitive quotes to put right damage caused by previous troublesome tenants and to conduct a mandatory electrical inspection, prior to me renting out the property again. He was able to attend a few days after getting in touch, was prompt, carried out the work to a good standard and even found the time to provide me with some pointers. I will definitely use Dave again and recommend him to my friends and family.

We are happy to work on a day rate & would prefer part p qualified.
The property is up to 400 years old in parts and the whole house wants re-wiring. The house has 4 bedrooms and has got a new kitchen and new bathrooms being installed as we speak.
The work is ready to start straight away
Mike and his team did a great job. They brought the job in on time and on budget.
His team were very pleasant to work with as well, and cleaned up every day after their work, which was important as we were living through it.
We would recommend them and use them again
