He responded for my entire enquiry instantly in very professional manner. Unfortunately I had to change my kitchen replacement plan and cancel Alex work.

Alex from Simm Electrical Services in my opinion provided a brilliant service so I would rate him 5 out of 5. Quality - There were a few challenges with the electrics in my house and Alex provided solutions to the problem areas and as a result the end result was excellent. Value - I received 3 quotes for the job and Alex was not the most expensive and not the cheapest. I would say the rate Alex charged was very competitive and I feel as though I got good value for money. Reliability - Alex is so reliable, the job started and finished on time and actually the after sales care is what I am so impressed with. Alex noticed that I had forgotten about one switch socket to change over and actually is coming back on Sunday to fit this for me! Not many people would do that. If I was to have any further eletrical work done I would not hesitate to call Alex immediately

New kitchen requires consumer unit to be updated.
Mark completed the work in good time and to a very high standard. I am very pleased with the new fuse board / consumer unit installation.

Property is 3-bed semi, 70's built, Maidenhead, Berkshire. Tenanted at present (I'm the owner/landlord). Tenant's have reported problems with one or two plug sockets ceasing to work, and one light bulb apparently shattering. Fuse box is in the old style, though was checked by electrician before the let couple of years back and said was OK. Want the tenants problems resolved.
