I need a quote please to refit a new fuse box (old style currently fitted), I also need to check the load downstairs as recently we've experienced some flickering. Finally, I would like an outside electrical point.
White Knight were very prompt at coming round to quote (called within 20 mins of posting job!) and their quote was very good value. The job itself rolled on for two days (from the planned one), and the communication and professionalism was very good throughout. Would definitely use again.

In our block of 8 flats we have 2 external sodium floodlights mounted beneath the eaves which are light sensor operated. They are disconnected at present because of a short. We need to get them operating again. We also have another external floodlight not roof mounted which needs disconnecting. I am looking for 3 quotes.
Very helpful and professional. I will use them again if I have electrical problems.

I smelt burning coming from the fusebox, which serves my one bedroom flat. The box was hot so I pressed the trip switch. I am now unable to turn the main switch back on and am completely without power. I suspect the problem is with the fusebox. I have a photo of the box that I can email if this helps. I'm at work during the day today so ideally I'd like someone to come this evening, or tomorrow morning if possible. Thanks.

Currently there is no hot water in the flat, unless the booster switch has been switched on. I had the Boiler checked, and that was all fine. I've been adviced to get an electrician and that the problem is as follows; electricity supply from the consumer unit to the booster switch. The unit is a Megaflow.
Stephen Hunt was my electrician. He was extremely quick to attend the job and find what the problem was. He was extremely helpful and overall done a great job. Will definately recommend and use in future.

I have recessed ceiling spot lamps throughout the house (around 50 units). They were installed approximately 3 years ago. They have been failing with undue frequency causing high light bulb usage.
