Church building - lighting in the wheelchair-accessible toilet keeps going out. We have 3 recessed fixtures with the tiny halogen bulbs but they burn out after about a week. We're wondering if there's possibly a short somewhere, and also what it would cost to change the fixtures to use just normal, small spotlight-type bulbs instead of the ones they use now.
Working with Abbey Electrical was all you would wish working with a tradesman would be. They were friendly and easy to work with, communicated about every step in the process and made sure that the finished work not only functioned perfectly, but also looked great. Any questions were quickly answered and work was done quickly and efficiently. We will definitely use them again!

Replacement of old fuse boxes/consumer unit in a domestic property.
Took a while to get started and Kevin returned to finish off some final work that his chaps overlooked. Kevin is helpful and was able to suggest options when problems were encountered. Overall would recommend.

Outside 2 way light switch doesn't work. Investigate and repair.
Over an extensive renovation programme we've had several electricians through our house. Finally we've met one I'd willingly have back and would recommend wholeheartedly.
Within 45 minuted he fixed a problem that has vexed two electrician before him. He's a really nice guy too !

Light blew and now none of the lights in our flat work. Have changed circuit breaker but still doesn't work. Rest of electrics are fine just no lighting.
Helpful and friendly. Gave good advice. Would definitely recomend

2 x additional power sockets in bedroom, wire up/ new sockets for 2 electric radiators - lounge and bedroom, isolate/ new socket for electric heated towel rail (currently running off light switch). Wire up extractor fan to light switch in kitchen, change pendant light to bar light in kitchen, fit new chandelier type light in lounge.
Nice guys tidy job very competent, very pleased with work

Bedroom Walllights - remove 2 existing wall light fittings and install new fittings (already purchased)
Bathroom ceiling light - remove existing fitting and install new fitting (already purchased)
Bathroom Wall light - remove existing fitting and install new fitting (already purchased)
Kitchen plug socket - check wiring to double socket (currently makes a buzzing noise when used)
Replace 6 existing double sockets (old design with horizontal screws) with new double sockets. Presume these will need new back boxes as well.
Excellent service - competitive quote, easy to contact, work completed quickly as agreed and all rubbish taken away at the end. Highly recommended.

I wish to fit an efficient shower over existing bath in small bathroom to 1950's extension of victorian terrace. There is an existing mixer with very low pressure - would fitting of pump make real difference. Otherwise an electric shower is desirable. 2. Select the suitable size/correct ceramic hobs from market (I have made a list of the products am interested with, I will buy the new hobs)
