"Turned up late and the day just got worse. Cut sink hole too big, cut one top too short, botched a cornice together from off-cuts, chipped the worktop.... we went a bought a new worktop which then was cut too small again!! we now need to start again with 3 new tops etc. Not really experienced enough to do a good job, never would have been finished in the time quoted even without problems. The finish was just wrong...really sorry to write this as he was a nice lad."
