Job We are in the process of buying a house in Old Windsor and we are looking for a trade men who can come out this Saturday morning (9th March) and give us an estimated cost for rewiring the 3 bedroom house. The survey shows that the property is connected to the main with meter and cunsomer unit. The wiring is of PVC insulated copper cable or rubber insulated cable with flush and skirting mounted fittings. This property needs rewiring and modernised to meet current standards.

Comment We needed a quota for the electricity work which was highlighted in our home buyers report. After I posted our job, Martin called straight away. Then he arrived sharp at the time we agreed on, he introduce himself and show us all his certificates which insured us that he is a qualified electrician. He did the inspection in a timely manner (without keeping us up), we explained that we need the quota ASAP and he sent it to us the next day! Thanks Martin! We will definitely be in touch! Helga

Job Re-wiring of a kitchen prior to replastering

Comment Roni has now completed the rewiring of our kitchen and I would like to confirm his work has been excellent. We have completely gutted and re-fitted the kitchen ourselves and he has completed the re-wiring work in three stages to fit in with our time scales. When we invited Roni to quote for the job he made some excellent ideas. He is friendly, very knowledgeable, flexible, hardworking and is good value for money. Job Frequent tripping.Current goes off througout the house which is annoying. Cause to be identified. I think consumer unit needs to be replaced to a modern RCBO consumer unit.

Job Re-wire main part of the house to replace existing circuit from 1930s. Also add network cable through house. Replace kitchen lights. Fit spotlights into new bathroom.
