Replace failed extractor fan to bathroom
Very reasonable rate even though it was a small job, arrived at the agreed time and got on with the job with no fuss.

Whole house project, starting with lounge room. New downlights need fitting and wiring, dimmer switch, power sockets need moving. External motion sensor light required above front door. Rest of house to follow in due course.
Gary provides an excellent service - prompt, on time, efficient and knowledgeable; he was clear on the work to be undertaken, pricing and time to complete. I will definately be working with him again and would have no hesitation in highly recommending him. A really excellent service all round.

1. Install 17 new LED ceiling spot lights in a kitchen (8), dining room (4) & hallway (3). Ceiling are already cut open as building work underway so access is straightforward. 2. Install 2 ceiling roses in living room ceiling. Ceilings also accessible currently so access should be straightforward. 3. Reconnect underfloor heating after builders have demolished a wall removing the connectors (undamaged) and cutting the wires. 4. Install 2 double sockets in the Garage by connecting one of the many spare slots in the "fuse box" located in the garage. 5. Install a new heating control clock /temperature sensor -ie "honeywell wireless sundial rf2 pack 2 (2 channel) " in the garage next to the boiler with the wireless sensor for the thermostat in the hallway. Current system has a older type honeywell timer so intergation of the new one should be straightforward. Builder will make good any damage caused by the above.
