Disconnect light fitting of central light in sitting room. This is a glass shade with chain to ceiling rose. It is attached to joist under floorboards in bedroom above. The floor is not covered with carpet so access is easy. Replace fitting with simple ceiling light fitting Timing: ASAP
Work carried out competently and with care. Impressed at tidy way in which work undertaken, particularly taking care not to spread snow and mud into the house. The process of contacting rated people and getting the job done was quick and easy. I will definitely use this again

A new tv aerial socket is required in bedroom, a feed can be taken from the TV in the lounge. Property is a ground floor flat so easily accessible to all rooms, TV aerial cable can be left outside between lounge and bedroom.

Electric Gas Cooker's thermal unit appears to have stopped working (i.e. the gas cooker's fans work but no heat is being generated to warm the food) - needs checking and a quote for the job please
The tradesman was prompt, efficient, polite and did his job very well. He also advised us and cleaned the cooker for us too. Parts fitted guaranteed for 12 months too. Good stuff!

Updated : A quote needed to supply and fit a replacement shower isolator switch. Original : The isolator switch for the shower has 'popped' and tripped out. Maybe a new isolator switch required.

I have 9 ceiling lights to install (4 bought already and all different another 5 will be delivered this month) throughout the house with the strip light to get rid off in the kitchen. Also would like to install 2 sockets for my Virgin Broadband with wiring from kitchen to living room through the loft (access point and router already installed in the kitchen).
After a proper communication between us, Mike arrived on set day on time, looked around and started to fit the lights. It took him a reasonable time to fit 5 out of 9 (we are awaiting delivery), did not leave mess behind. Thanks! Strongly recommended.

We have a 650 square foot office space in central Birmingham the lights operate on a sensor. There are 16 light consoles in total in a false ceiling. We have a sensor not functioning properly so that circuit of 4 consoles is on 24/7 Also 3 of the consoles need the bulbs replacing (2 bulbs in each 2 foot console) of these consoles 2 are very dim and 1 is off completely If you can give us what your call out charge is, your hourly rate and then a price on replacement sensor and bulbs that would be great
