"Do not employ this company. They advised me that I would require a certificate under the building regulations in respect of the work done. They said they could provide the certificate. The work was done on 12 February. To date (1 April), despite repeated chasers and false promises we have not received our certificate. If we do not receive it we cannot sell our house. Unless we spend money having the work checked out by someone who can provide a certificate. If we ever receive the certificate we will amend this rating."
