Apologies but the 'type of job' did not offer any suitable options. What I actually require is an extractor fan to be supplied/installed into my bathroom. It is suffering from condensation and early onset of mould on the sloped ceiling. I note that B&Q have fans ranging from £15.00 onwards so would be happy to supply my own fan if necessary (with your guidance).

I'm not sure
I require a electrician to check out my mums house wiring. Her electric keeps cutting out causing her to have to reset the fuse box.
Highly recommended. Arrived on time, and within the hour had found the problem (which had been going on for ages, and had been missed by a previous Electrician) Agreed to return on the following Tuesday to repair, and again arrived on time. Problem now solved. I would have no problem using Phil, and his firm again.

Job 1 - I want ceiling spots installed in my hallway and landing. I've no idea how many but as a guess, 9 - 12 in hallway and 5 on the landing. Shower power switch on the wall got changed four months ago because it wouldnt turn off now it wont turn on.

Lighting in kitchen is substandard, pull string has snapped rendering light useless. Using this opportunity to potentially repair or replace if necessary. Had to unscrew switch fitting to get the light off, this will need replacing at a minimum as there was debris and dirt inside.
