We had some electrical work carried out a few years ago and we are now selling our house. The buyers have asked if we would pay for a qualified electrician to verify the safety of the work.

Due to work by the previous house owner the main fuse has been plastered over. I require the house main fuse to be uncovered as my current electricity supplier has requested a new electricity meter to be installed and this job cannot be carried out until this has been done. The fuse is located behind plastered area surrounding the current electricity meter and a cupboard which is easily removable. Not a big job but due to the nature of the work not something I would like to tackle myself.
