"Arrived when he said he would, but as the cooker was still connected to the gas supply, he wasn't able to fix it. Had said on the phone that he would be charging £30 call out fee, which I thought was very steep, especially as he commented he was only around the corner from our house! he actually didn't charge this, but I suggest anyone contacting him checks this out first - especially if you only have a relatively small job, as it could end up quite pricey. He was apleasant guy to have in my home. Not sure how long he's been in the trade."
