Hello. We've just got the keys to our new house (we're not actually moving in for 3 weeks) and would like to get all the electrics checked out. It's a 1930's semi which has been extended to 4 beds. We'd like this doing as soon as possible before we start any decorating.
Stewart did a great job for us at very short notice. He was transparent and honest about what needed doing and the costs involved and even came and worked in the evening to ensure the work was complete before our plasterer started. I would highly recommend Electrust.

We would like two new ceiling lights (already bought) fitted to living room with two dimmer switches (which we have). Additionaly we would like a bedrroom fitting removed and a plain ceiling rose reinstated.

Need a quote to supply and install a consumer unit (inc water and gas earth bonding) and at the same time to change two surface power sockets to recessed power sockets. The recessed power sockets need to be done by Saturday but there is no tight timescale on the consumer unit. When quoting, please advise which consumer unit you intend to install

Hi I just need 3 lights replacing in my hallway with new ones. A kitchen light replacing. A light switch checking as there was some smoke coming out of it. Finally a extractor fan light looking at as it blew some time ago. Many thanks Laura Kiely

To replace 2 single plug sockets. To replace one single light switch with a dimmer switch. To correct a problem leading to our landing light only coming on if the upstairs and downstairs switches are in a particular combination! To hopefully fix our front door bell which involves a transformer - I have bought a new transformer and all the required sockets/dimmer switch.
Ernie was excellent. Prompt, efficient, pleasant, explained doorbell problem to us once he had diagnosed the fault. We will certainly call Ernie when we next need an electrician!
