We have just moved in to a 3 bed 1930's house. The survey suggested updating the electrics - some rooms only have 1 power socket, others have 2 or 3. We would be interested in getting quotes to add a few sockets and also to see if a whole re-wire would be a good idea and how much that would cost.
Isn't urgent so would be flexible with work start date.

We've had new bathroom fitted. Been told pipes are nor earthed-need doing. Also a new fan has been fitted which works in conjunction with the light. Ideal if only showering at times of darkness. We also want to be able to use the fan WITHOUT the light coming on every time. Need an independent switch for each item.
