My living room needs a complete rewire- all the existing lights removed, some plug sockets relocated, and new ones created. 2 new switches to be put in, in a new place. Also need to install 12 downlights, 6 of which will be in a ceiling bulkhead. Also need to install LED rope lighting said bulkhead.
Shoddy workmanship, (wonky plug and light fittings), wrong wattage and wrong colour bulbs fitted, didn't hand over lights that had been paid for, and ignored repeated attempts to get in contact to request the work is corrected. They didn't even bother to reply to a written letter, explaining my dissatisfaction. I could actually go on. I therefore had no option but to warn others: One word - UNPROFESSIONAL. Karina
1. Replace the 5ft fluorescent strip light unit in our utility room
2. The existing gas boiler in our garage needs to be rewired into its own seperate socket so that it can be isolated / switched off if necessary
We thought that Charles was great. He turned up when he said he was going to, communicated well about the work he was going to do, offerred solutions when there were unexpected difficulties and kept smiling throughout! Well done Charles, we wish you well for the future and will certainly use you again if we need other electrical work doing.Phil

2 X lounge / diner ceiling lights to be replaced (already purchased the new lights)
Sort the dual dimmer switch for the above lighting (existing one part blown).
Diagnose / sort why the strip light in the utility room is causing the downstairs area trip switch to operate.
Have nothing but praise for Lee. The reasons? Firstly he rang to fully discuss the job's requirements and to indicate a cost. Secondly he rang again in advance of arriving for the job to check the appointment and directions. Thirdly he carried out the work we wanted done professionally and without fuss. We are currently asking him to quote for some additional electrical work. Nice one! Phil
External 13A socket already present on rear of house.
Need installation of cable from there to bottom of garden where Greenhouse base is located, approximately 15 metres. Cable to supply power and lighting in Greenhouse which is to be erected in February.
Would also like additional power socket(s) installed on patio area (which is en-route to Greenhouse base).
Amazing response when job first advertised. Meeting to survey the work and prepare the quote was done as planned. Better solution agreed than the one I suggested. Quote promptly received by email and post.
Work done on arranged day. Cable to greenhouse laid and cooker hood fixed.
No complaints. Will use again and recommend to friends.Dave

Replace existing old style fuse box with a modern circuit breaker type
Stewart quoted way lower than the usual quotes and stuck to his price. He worked hard all day, was cheerful and knew his job. He was totally trustworthy and honest. I would not fail to recommend him to anyone. I certainly plan to use him again on several more electrical jobs in the future. A five star service!Keith

I also need 2 lighting circuits, one for 5 spot lights and the other for a pendant light with 2 switches.

Currently have a hole in the wall type extractor fan in the bathroom and need you to supply and fit a new extractor fan (a closed version) as the bathroom is freezing.
Also supply and fit a wall bathroom heater.
Will need ladders to get to the outside of fan etc as bathroom is on the first floor of the house.
