New extractor fan for bathroom. Old one still in situ was damaged in high wind. The electrical box is ok.
Ian Jones contacted me the same day I put job on site. He came out to check the job and completed it within two days. I am very pleased with the job. Ian was very efficient and easy to talk to. In all a very efficient job. I would recommend to others.

Fixing new light fittings. Existing roses need to be removed and new fittings put up. One ftting needs moving and there are 5 lights in all.
Simon and his Dad were excellent. They kept in touch; came at the time they said and did a smashing job for a good price. I highly recommend them.

3 spot lights in bathroom if left on while in the bath all lights up stairs trip. Want them taking out and one light put in, attic is converted to a room so wiring would be under floor.
Didn't turn up, didn't answer mobile or landline when I tried to call to see if on way, phoned a week later to ask if job still needed doing.

Need a light fittings to be fitted in the kitchen (pendant light), the living room (something similar to a pendant light) and front porch (outdoor light). There is wiring and everything in place, these fittings just need to be fitted. Not a big job! The store cupboard currently does not have any lighting point but the mains box is in the store cupboard. We will need someone to get the feed from the box and fit a light in there as well.
